I know that hunger, that yearning from within to connect with something MORE. It has beckoned me forth my whole life, leading me through the fodder, then along and onto my path. This is how I imagine it--our spiritual connection--like an actual path through the forest. And not being on it is like climbing through the thicket (or thornbushes, depending on how far from our path we venture). But the sense of direction, the joy, the EASE of navigating life from the path and not the jungle is what inspires me to do what I do--to help others find their way home... to themselves, to source, to peace.

Meet the Woman Behind the Channel

While some have that moment where they "woke up," I might say the proverbial red pill was my "binky." I remember dragging my mom to the Body, Mind, and Spirit expo when I was 11, begging her to buy me aura photos and psychic readings. That's not to imply that I didn't have a good long run at playing "normal"! But as they say, you can take the girl out of the crystal shop, but you can't take the crystal out of the girl. As an adult, I practiced various energy modalities, yoga, lifestyles... you know, all the things. Although I could "run Bars," feel energy, see clairvoyantly, I still didn't FEEL that connection to the divine within. Even during the decade of running a successful interior design company, I was still and always moonlighting as a healer. I never stopped reading or listening for that call while deep in the weeds, beckoning me toward my highest path. I dabbled and wandered, almost enrolling in channeling courses a million times. Until I found the one that zinged. And I knew it was time.

My practice is not coaching; it is a sacred act of channeling divine resonance. I serve as a conduit for higher frequencies, allowing the wisdom of the cosmos to flow through me and into your experience. This is not about teaching; it is about transmitting--sharing the light codes and harmonic frequencies that awaken the truth within you. I am not a guru, nor do I wish to be. Our guides will not drag us along if we are not ready. But they know it is not in our best interest to play small or continue defending the rightness of our wrongness. It is time to rise. I promise I will lend a hand, a light, a heart full of love to lift you up if you are indeed ready and willing to stand on your own two feet.

The good news is, there is no expectation that we do not stumble! Heaven knows I have all the scars from getting tossed around and falling down a million times on my own journey! But the time has come to rise. I am here to lift you up; to connect your reaching hands with the tools and the support available from the higher realms to cut the strings that hold you down. And can I tell you a secret? Connecting to and remembering the divinity within you--is FUN! It isn't just another chore you are obliged to attend to; it is joyful! ...the de-LIGHT of your truth effervescently bubbling up from within to tickle your sweet heart.

The Real-Life Role

I am not an ascetic. I am a real person, living a real life, with pressures like kids' school start/end times, traffic, deadlines, and expectations. My day starts with a big glass of water, a cup of coffee, and from there it's anyone's guess. While I'd love to have "spiritual routines" (hilltop meditations at dawn) my days are too unpredictable for that. I do endeavor to make time for physical movement everyday (ok, almost everyday), but I face time pressures and obligations like everyone else. Still, my spiritual connection is my "true north," my family is my bedrock, and the monkey [mind] is my spirit animal. Allowing grace for the messiness of it all is my hardest-won achievemenet.

My Secret Superpower

My real superpower is that I can witness "what is" AS-IS, so I am capable of facilitating people by holding space for true vulnerability, which is essential for any kind of growth.

My Un-Coach-Like Confession

Unfortunately, I am not immune to the physical reality of an aging body! I am grateful for things like peptides, micro-needling, and Botox that are helping me create a physical expression that more closely aligns with how I feel inside. I give myself permission to enjoy what life has to offer--and that includes a little finery here and there! ...a beautiful space to call home; a comfortable pair of jeans with a fun pair of shoes; a delicious meat-free meal followed by a snuggle and a show with my Love. Oh, and I can't forget to mention the good craft cocktail or nice chilled glass of French Chablis! I continually face the foe of Virgo perfectionism, but I also celebrate the small victories of a life fully lived.

Thanks to the internet, I work with people all over the globe. But I’m based in the beautiful Spokane, WA USA with my husband, three daughters, three dogs and two cats.
