THE NEW EARTH

All it takes is a rake and a hoe and a piece of fertile ground

All it takes is a rake and a hoe and a piece of fertile ground; Why integration is essential for growth and stability

I will admit that I am a junkie for the thrill of expansion. I love all things “woo” and when I am in an intense period of growth, expansion, or activation I am like a bipolar person on the high of mania. It just feels so luscious and delicious exploring new fields of possibilities!

But that also means that the downtime, “the integration phase,” also happens to feel like death. Or depression. Like something I want to avoid, however creatively you want to word it.

But I have come to respect (“respect” because I certainly cannot say “enjoy” and not be lying) the downtime of integration. Apparently, I have finally matured past the thrill-seeking “here for the party” phase of my spiritual youth and come to understand a simple and very boring fact: Integration time is necessary in order for any real growth to occur. This explains why we can have huge “ah-ha’s” or feel like we’ve cleared or healed issues, only to revert back to old patterns after the post-session glow wears off. And I now know why this occurs: because we likely didn't honor the integration phase, and probably uprooted our seedling before it matured.

Imagine you have a seed that you so delightedly place in some soil. But instead of letting it grow, you over water, over sun, and under leave-it-the-hell-alone. When you see no evidence of it growing, you start to worry. You might actually go digging for it just to prove to yourself that it did, indeed, get planted. But the problem is, it simply cannot turn into a delicious carrot when we flood it, shine too much light on it, or dig it up before it’s ready.

Because in the “real world” AND in the non-physical, the principle remains: a planted garden will not grow without: 1) fertile soil; 2) appropriate elements–timing, light and hydration; 3) GESTATION PERIOD. Aka: waiting while it does what it needs to do to “become,” while we go about our lives. Within each seed there is a divinely-aligned quality and quantity of gestation required that we do not get to control, rush, or hope our way around. In order to” become” its intended nourishment, it needs time to grow into its full potential. And that part kind of sucks because we humans are an inpatient lot, so waiting while things come to fruition within us is rather unappealing.

My guides have brought through many transmissions recently about this very topic. They are encouraging us to try a little less hard; to ENJOY our human experiences whilst also realizing that the space and time we take to be present to our human life is not some kind of “break” from our spiritual development, it IS our spiritual development! It is this presence and time for integration that allows those seeds to blossom into the beautiful energies they need to become. And while it feels good to be creative, expansive, inspired, it feels infinitely more fulfilling to be able to reap what we have sown, to finally savor the delicious bounty, sublime in its flavor and complexity. So keep in mind, when you feel like you’ve “fallen off the wagon,” lost touch, or are not disciplined enough to achieve what you thought you should, remember that you have already planted so many seeds of potential for new, beautiful blossomings in your life! And all that is required to have it all is to stop digging for them and simply ALLOW ourselves to receive.

HI! I'M SADIE

you've stumbled upon my pages of ramblings...

Here on the blog, I reflect on topics I've either stumbled upon on my own, or that the Harmonics have spoken about in channel. This is where I recapitulate my understanding of what they've shared. I do this in hopes that it may assist those who hear the channelings or read the blog to receive the frequencies they are gifting, but mostly I blog about them so I can come to hold them myself. Hope they help!
