OUR SERVICES

Our design services begin with a home consultation. We'll walk your space, discuss your design goals,  and gather all the information we need to understand the scope of your project. If all you need is a few ideas and a little guidance, our consultation report will get you ready to put it all together yourself. If you decide to move forward with another service your fee will be applied toward design. 

This service is a limited scope, single space or category, quick-turnaround service with deliverables typically finished within 1-2 weeks. This is perfect for those needing a little help buttoning up a previously started but incomplete project, or wanting a plan for a simple update to a single room or category of products such as furnishings, window treatments, rugs, or lighting. For in-progress kitchen and bathroom projects, our in-person meeting is for helping coordinate and finalize materials selections such as cabinet color, countertops, flooring and tile. Consisting of one 1-2 hour in-person meeting (often in the form of a showroom tour) to gather ideas and coordinate selections. We then produce a "Schedule" showing all selections made in an easy-to-use-and-share PDF that you or your contractor can reference for sourcing selected products/materials.

Our full service design option begins with a deep dive into your design questionnaire to discover your design goals and develop a comprehensive scope. Once approved, we commence design, culminating in an in-person design presentation. Once decisions are finalized, we place orders, coordinate receiving/ inspecting and schedule delivery/installation. We prepare plans, elevations, renderings (K&B only) and schedules to coordinate with your install teams in order to bring your vision to life. You are involved to the extent that you want to be, but we handle all the technical details for you.
